Ma huateng, founder and chairman of tencent, delivered a keynote speech entitled "digital intelligence technology and intelligent innovation" and presented a "great gift of intelligence" -- tencent plans to locate its southwest regional headquarters in chongqing.

The exhibition booth of tencent in the Smart China Expo has a floor area of 2,000 square meters, which is Tencent's largest exhibition. At the same time, Tencent's southwest headquarters will officially settle in Chongqing and sign a series of cooperation agreements to help Chongqing's digital transformation and upgrading in all walks of life, provide the most effective digital interface, the richest digital toolbox, and jointly build a digital ecology with Chongqing government and enterprises to promote the innovation and development of intelligent industries.
A total of 14 countries (regions) and relevant units participated in the fair. Based on the principle of "theme and characteristics of the museum", 13 exhibition areas were set up with 537 exhibitors and 186,000 square meters of exhibition area. Seven countries set up national theme museums, with 31% of the exhibition area allocated by foreign enterprises. The scale of the exhibition is among the highest in the country, and it is by far the largest exhibition held in Chongqing.
This Expo closely follows theme of the conference and mainly shows the development achievements of enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions and the government in the fields of intelligent industry, intelligent manufacturing and intelligent application. Many of the latest products, technologies and solutions in the field of intelligent technology were unveiled at the exhibition venue, including "black technologies" such as pedestrian cross-border tracking technology, the 6th generation artificial intelligence "Microsoft Xiaoice", Graphene flexible mobile phone display, and iFLYTEK translator 2.0.
In addition, the "China Big Data Development Index Report (2018)" and "China Intelligent Development Index Report (2018)" and other innovative achievements have been released simultaneously. The two reports are respectively China's first annual big data development level assessment report and the first annual intelligent development level assessment report.
